Our visit to the zoo included a chat with the lady giraffe, the elephant gardener and the lion with a triple scoop ice cream cone. Our three characters were fun enough but then my little friend started to mix and match so the elephant was watering the flowers in the giraffe’s high heels and the giraffe got the ice cream cone. The three interchangeable pieces (top, middle, bottom) bring about talk of spatial orientation and the double sided wooden pieces have a front and back. My little guy chose a figure and started up some role play and conversation, building his language skills for later use in reading and writing. The magic click of magnets makes this set extra fun to create animals for pretend play and storytelling,
