As I was leaving one of my favorite gift stores, I passed their Halloween exhibit of spooky Silly Banz and glow in the dark ghosts, and my eye caught “Countdown to Halloween” which was a Halloween calendar, much like an advent calendar, to open the numbered doors each day until Halloween. That confirmed for me, how the importance of Halloween has grown for kids and adults alike.

I got home and googled “Countdown to Halloween” to see if I could find the calendars. Instead, I came across this cute spooky house to print out, with doors and activities to glue inside. Parents can do this activity for fun with their kids, or therapists can use the activity for following directions, prepositions, brainstorming activities, or working on language structures.

Check out the Family Fun site for the printables.
