“Love comes to life,” surely describes this life-like doll who interacts with little ones. Parents and kids were fascinated with Luvabella’s facial expressions and movements when given a bottle, and sucking and swallowing sounds. She says, “Num num num” as she feeds off the spoon with appropriate lip movements. Our favorite is all the giggles she gives when we rub her tummy. This little baby will entertain herself with lots of babble, sounds and songs or interact with your child as she plays “Peek a boo” or says “mama” and progresses to “Me love you!” and “Me up” as she raises her hands. Did I mention that she is bilingual–speaking English and French? The longer you play with her and interact vocally, the more her language progresses from babbling to words and little phrases and songs. With over 100 words and phrases, this doll is ready to stimulate speech and interact in some pretty realistic pretend play. Rock her to sleep with her pacifier or put her favorite toy, lambie, up to her mouth and she gives it a kiss and as you hear animals sounds. The feeding accessories interact in a very realistic way that heightens the pretend play as kids can really imitate Mom and Dad as little caretakers while building essential language skills.
