Stamps, shapes, stickers and little preschoolers’ hands are a perfect mix for fun learning. My little friend chose the farm and forest backgrounds to stamp ovals and circles, creating a horse, sheep, caterpillar, bunny, bee, sun and butterfly surrounded by trees and flowers. What a fun way to learn shapes and colors as little artists added stickers for legs, faces, wings, antennae, and feathers. Our farm scene sparked a conversation about horses which are a favorite theme for my little friend. Alex Toys’ “Little Hands” series teach preschool language concepts as well as provide little crafts for first exercises in following directions, a skill they will need in school. Our farm was happily presented to Mommy as a gift, much appreciated!
